New Morning

WARNING: SAD STORY AHEAD.
I cut my hair! Btw, sorry if this title is really cheesy or whatever, but it means something to me. And that's what it's all about, you know? You can take it in a literal term: I just woke up when I took this picture (hence my pjs) and PLS don't judge that I forgot to take off my makeup the night before. But I commend that eyeliner for staying on point all night, holy.
Or you can take it in a term that's a little more sad tbh. A couple(?) can't remember - days before this picture, my father sadly passed into the next life, or wherever he is now. You'd think I'd be crying my eyes out, but I honestly haven't cried yet. He had a happy passing, in his sleep. I was with him hours before, in the hospital, making him laugh, telling him jokes before I left when he went to sleep. Death has been around me so much recently, It won't give me a break. I've kinda numbed to it now. Certain deaths hit me really hard sometimes but then other times it just doesn't phase me. It's almost like, "Oh. X has passed? Oh dear. Okay." Literally. Yet, although it might seem that I'm not affected by some deaths, inside it actually really and truly terrifies me; it's my biggest fear. Anyway.

So, I decided to cut my hair. And keep it that way. My dad always said that he'd like to see me one morning with a new short hairstyle and I was always like "Yeah, yeah, later." So this is my little tribute to him. And I always wanted it short too, so yar. 

I'm sharing this with you guys because dA is like my little family of super talented and amazing people and I wanted to share this story with you to get a little insight of my life atm. I hope you are all doing well too. And papa, if you can see this, I cut my hair!!! Lol, who am I kidding.
My dad doesn't even know what dA is.
